This project managed and reported risk of “give-up” trades for 2 external Hedge Funds (Prologue & LDFM). It supported 300 EMEA users and encompassed “World Class” enterprise infrastructure for Trade Capture and processing platform.

As a Project Manager, I was primary contact for 2nd/3rd level support resolving complex technical issues within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Managed multiple work streams from BAU, Strategic planned and other emergency projects.



Planned, developed and managed the complex network (DMZ) infrastructure to support external clients across full lifecycle including design, proof of concept, testing, delivery and transition into support.
 

Trained and on boarded “Operate” teams to implement plan-operate-build model.



Managed business and technical requirements for the successful delivery of critical & high volume exchange traded Futures & Options.

Managed monthly project council committee meeting for status and strategic reporting of projects to senior management & sponsors. 



​Managed PEN test and resolved open items to maintain security and integrity of the systems.
